An authentic late harvest wine and very limited! The Zinfandel grapes for this Late Harvest wine were picked on November 14th of 2018. The fermentation stopped when the alcohol got too high for the yeast to survive leaving a perfect amount of residual sugar. Not to sweet with about 17% alcohol. Then aged in neutral oak for 48 months. This is a beautiful rendition of a late harvest wine.
