Element 79 Vineyards

Fresh and clean, this 2023 Chardonnay is a well balanced white wine to satisfy all Chardonnay lovers.  

This Chardonnay shows aromas of delicate cedar with a hint of vanilla and dried apricot. Racy acidity brings brightness and freshness with a fruity melon finish. Consider pairing this Chardonnay with your freshly caught trout or salmon.

Our estate Viognier is a crowd pleaser and suitable for distinquished palates.

On the nose, subtle fragrances of honey and jasmine lead to a rewarding glossy cream finish with subdued acidity.  Flavors of marshmallow, graham cracker, and stone fruit add layers of complexity and spice notes.  This well-rounded white wine will compliment your spicy Asian dishes.

New to the Element 79 lineup, this Cuvee is an elegant and apporachable blend of Grenache Blanc and Viognier. 

We  fondly named the Cuvee after our third granddaughter Mae.

The 2020 Amber is an Estate Viognier produced in an Old World style known as an "Orange Wine".  Skin contact during fermentation gives this viognier a rich golden hue.
