Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon presents all the wonderful qualities of “mountain fruit”. This wine has a beautiful ruby red color.  The nose of bright cherry and sweet tobacco makes you want to take a sip instantly.  The bright cherry nose translates to the palate and combines with hints of black currant, dark chocolate, bacon,   black pepper and spice.  The wonderful bright acidity with a nice medium rounded dusty tannin finish makes you want to keep it all to yourself.
