The Zinfandel grapes for this Late Harvest wine were picked on November 14th of 2018. The fermentation stopped when the alcohol got to high for the yeast to survive leaving a perfect amount of residual sugar. Not to sweet with about 17% alcohol. Then aged in neutral oak for 48 months. This is a beautiful rendition of a late harvest wine.
